**About the Team**

IT System Management & Operations (IT SMO) is supporting and running SAP Internal Systems. We deliver services from three regions (EMEA/AMER/APJ) having a strong international focus and cultural diversity. Our organization is expanding its delivery and support team in the Americas time zone.

**What you’ll do**

Position Title: SAP Mexico Early Career Talent - IT System Management & Operations

Location: Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid)

Expected start date: October 2024

Contract Duration: 2 Years

As part of our team you will be responsible for the:

- Delivery of technical and administrative tasks for complex SAP Landscapes running in Cloud, On-Premise and Hybrid architectures.
- Planning, setup, implementation and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLA

Requirements in the range of 99.99%.
- Proper definition and documentation of technical operational and security concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the rest of the team.
- Partnership with international teams in global projects.

**Who you are**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Educational requirements: Recent Graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date), Preferred Focus Areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management
- Language Requirements: English (B2 & Above), Spanish (Fluent)
- Interested to get familiar with SAP and 3rd party Software, Solutions and Platforms, such as SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, MS Azure and ServiceNow
- Being familiar in UNIX/Linux and Windows operating system platform and its operation.
- Strong capabilities in the area of technical documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams.
- Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
- Very good communication and networking skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Preferred Qualifications_
- Strong working knowledge in technical documentation.
- Project member experience in an international environment.
- Knowledgeable on Agile and overall Quality and Project Management methodologies desirable.
- Results orientation with skills to handle multiple priorities while being quality focused and pragmatic
