**About the team**

The position reports to the SAP Labs Managing Director and, daily activities will be coordinated by Labs COO and Labs Monterrey site lead. The intern will be working with the Managing Director team who has the responsibility to ensure and manage SAP Labs activities, communications, events, growth and pro-actively attract new businesses and investments. The intern will be expected to support all activities related to the development of the Monterrey location business is one of the main expected tasks.

**What you’ll do**

**Position Title**: SAP Labs México Early Career Talent - Communication and Events Specialist

**Location**: Monterrey, México

**Schedule**:40 HR/Week

**In-Person**: Hybrid (2-3x/Week)
- Activities and Responsibilities_

The SAP Labs México Early Career Talent - Communication and Events Specialist will participate in various Business & Administration projects to improve the management of tasks and interactions among teams at SAP Labs Latin America (São Leopoldo/Brazil and Monterrey/Mexico locations) with an emphasis on business results.

Examples of tasks which you will be responsible for:

- Collaborate closely with our Communications team on various projects.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, employee engagement initiatives & events, and hybrid work environment activities.
- Plan & Coordinate events (virtual & on-premise) for our Monterrey office colleagues.

**Who you are**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.- Education: Recent graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date)
- Languages: English Advanced/Fluent (B2 & Above, Ideally C1), Spanish Fluent
- Location : Ability to work a hybrid model (3 Days In-Office/2 Days Remote) with respect to the Monterrey Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to learning quickly and thoroughly.
- Strong design and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Problem-solving & action-oriented attitude to achieve events successfully.
- Passionate, creative, and eager to work in a collaborative setting.
