**Position**: Virtual Assistant Translator (Spanish and English)
**Location**: Remote (Pacific Standard Time)
**Hours**: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week with weekend flexibility if needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Translate calls and documents between Spanish and English to support our legal discovery team.
- Provide accurate and timely translations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and understanding of translated content.
- Meet quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced remote work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Background in translation work, preferably in a legal or professional setting.
- Experience working remotely and translating calls from home.
- Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time hours.
- Excellent attention to detail

**Compensation**:

- $5 - $7 USD per hour, depending on experience.

**Technical requirements**:

- Personal Computer running on Windows 10/11.
- Hardwired connection from the computer to the modem (Ethernet, NO WIFI).
- Noise cancellation USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless, or 3.5mm will NOT WORK).
- Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher.

**Training**:

- Training on the job will be provided to ensure success in the role.
