**Requisitos**:

- Nível avanzado de inglés
- Disponibilidad para asistir una vez a la semana a la planta ubicada en Av. Constituyentes.
- Licenciatura/Ingeniería en campos relacionados con la gestión de proyectos.

Experiência:

- 6 a 10 años de experiência en roles similares.
- Certificación PMP (deseable)
- En metodologías en cascada y agiles.
- En la gestión de proyectos complejos y estratégicos.
- En cultura de gerencia de proyectos (procesos, herramientas, estándares y lecciones aprendidas).
- Con la gestión de una oficina de proyectos.
- En la identificación y gestión de riesgos en proyectos, así como en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Competencias:

- Habilidades sobresalientes en liderear a equipos multidisciplinarios hacia el éxito del proyecto.
- Comunicación efectiva tanto oral como escrita para interactuar con equipos, partes interesadas y la alta dirección.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto dentro de los plazos y presupuestos establecidos.
- Habilidad para adaptarse a los cambios y desafíos que puedan surgir durante la ejecución del proyecto y ajustar estrategias según sea necesario.
- Capacidad para desempeñar un papel de mentoría y desarrollo para otros profesionales en la gestión de proyectos.
