Your tasks

Manejo, coordinación y optimización de personal, equipo y materiales bajo su responsabilidad y supervisión a fin de obtener los nívele de calidad en el área de SMD.

Coordinación de 20 técnicos y 11 operadores en 2 áreas de negocio.

Seguimiento de KPIs (Analysis and rework, FPY, costumer failures, DPMOs, NCC1, analysis time and units inventory )

**Profile**:

- Carrera terminada en Ingeniería electrónica, industrial o similar
- Experiência en manufactura electrónica de 5 años
- Experiência 2 años en manejo de personal
- Mejora Continua
- Buena comunicación con diferentes níveles
- Trabajo en equipo
- Habilidades para construcción de relaciones laborales
