**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Within our team, we are looking for a dynamic person with experience who can perform the following activities:

- Assurance of Quality program execution for IBM Products.
- Quality Management System implementation.
- Generate documentation focused on Quality Engineering Strategy and direct involvement and participation in activities and instructions requiring an assessment to size the Quality impact. *Leadership in continuous improvement execution focused on Product Quality and (Internal/External) Customer Satisfaction.
- Use of statistics, analysis and Quality tools to perform Problem Identification, Root Cause Analysis, Impact Sizing, Containment-Corrective-Preventive actions.
- Qualify new processes and new product introduction environment to confirm Manufacturing environment is suitable and ready.
- Direct involvement and participation in PreStop / Line Hold / Offspecs.
- Quality Engineering reports generation.
- Identify and confirm sinergy between areas to implement Control points across the Processes where IBM Products built to match functional and cosmetic specifications against a defined target.
- Support ISO 9000 activities

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 1 year experience in Quality Engineering.
- Fluent English level.
- Demonstrated Leadership.
- Flexibility.
- Demonstrated Proactivity.
- Demonstrated Team work.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electronic or Mechatronics Engineer
- CLOG (1 year experience preferred)
- SQL (1 year experience preferred)
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Certification.
