**YOUR ROLE**

**The Body, Chassis, Interior (BCI) Quality Team is looking for a Development Quality Lead to join our team focused on ensuring all project quality targets are met, managing launch timelines & deliverables and insure the transition to quality volume production.**
- **Responsible for the achievement of quality targets during development steps for one or several vehicles.**:

- **
*** **Responsible for delivery of APQP-PPAP processes and documentation.**:

- **
*** **In charge of activities to avoid issue recurrence, control of risks, manage quality convergence paths to reach the expected objectives (APQP-PPAP scope).**:

- **
*** **Ensures the achievement of project quality targets defined by BCI Department.**:

- **
*** **Responsible for efficient communication between project teams, engineering teams, manufacturing, and other partners.**:

- **
*** **Defines actions and deliverables for milestones required at each stage of the development, assesses results, manages KPI’s.**:

- **
*** **Applies escalation processes to manage risks of non-compliance and proposes recovery plans.**
**YOUR PROFILE**
- **Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree education. Knowledge of Quality and Lean methodologies and tools.**:

- **Knowledge of industrialization and project processes, and related management methods, APQP / PPAP processes.**:

- **Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Strong communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft suit and Google, TeamCenter Cad is a plus. **Familiarity with statistical control concepts.**:

- **Communication & issue resolution skills. Leadership capacities, result orientated.**:

- **Proficient in english.**
