Responsible for managing all relevant HR Processes for the Cluster North of Latam, ensuring that interacting HR functions are effective in support of the business, and fully aligned with local and global processes.
- Ensures competent administration and documentation of all HR processes - full employee life cycle
- Administers payroll processing together with 3rd party provider
- Applies local and global HR & Compliance guidelines and supports their implementation
- Delivers professional support of regular processes in function, such as merit increase, bonus, Personnel Planning, Performance Evaluation, Talent Review, Development Plans, Succession Plans, Critical positions, etc.
- Supports the local implementation of operative and strategic HR tools
- Supports managers and employees in all HR matters
- Keeps functional management and employees informed on all relevant HR matters
- Administers international assignments inbound and outbound
- Prepares package proposals for new hires/promotions in accordance with local C&B and in line with existing local and global guidelines
- Coordination of labor relations, including general advice on legal requirements
- Delivers requested reporting to HR and Finance, including budget processes and HR Analytics
**Requirements**:
- 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist - Mandatory
- University degree
- Business acumen and process / quality orientation
- Good experience in local labour law
- Knowledge of payroll processes and social security - Mandatory
- Sound knowledge of HR administration processes - Mandatory
- Broad Microsoft Office know how
- Advanced and fluent English, written and oral - Mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
