Regional team of specialized people fully dedicated to deployment, onboarding, and adoption of the Digital Capabilities with the empowerment to make decisions within the End to end process
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years in experience in Change Management activities
- Experience in training material preparation tools
- Previous Business Analyst experience and process documentation
- Experience in training users
- Experience in training material preparation tools (Microsoft tools, SABA, Articulate, NovoEd, and Degrees)
**Responsibilities**:
- Support coordination of testing with business
- Prepare, manage and reinforce communications to business:
- Preparation of training materials (documents and videos)
- Coordinate and execute training to end-users
