The Compliance Administrator will support various elements of global compliance program as managed by the Global Ethics & Compliance Team.

Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Support coordination and administration of IFF’s Speak Up hotline system
- Support coordination and administration of compliance training program and its elements (content development, translations, testing/review, communications, launch, reporting)
- Assist in the preparation of compliance presentations, agendas and training materials, and coordinate related logistics
- Maintain accurate and up to-date records of the global compliance calendar and related initiatives
- Utilize data analytics to prepare reports on various compliance metrics and trends
- Proactively update and maintain compliance resources and processes
- Provide administrative support for the Chief Compliance Officer (and other members of the compliance team as necessary), related to scheduling meetings, expenses, billing inquiries

**Job Requirements**:
Required Education, Training & Experience:

- Administrative Bachelor Degree or any other related.
- Experience in supporting compliance or training programs, preferably in a company with a global footprint
- Ability to manage fast-paced workload and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication kills
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training coordination
- Experience in utilizing reports and data analytics (knowledge of PowerBi a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT
- English Language

Working days:
Monday - Friday

Modality:
Remote but not limited to this modality, depending on the agenda some days it will be necessary to be inside the corporate offices of Punto Polanco.
