**Hormonal and Therapeutic Production**

**Your task and Responsibilities**
- Plans, directs, and coordinates all manufacturing activities in the plant to produce high-quality, low-risk or hormonal-type and therapeutic-type intermediates or sales intermediates at competitive costs while complying with safety and other legal regulations
- Guarantee the production of hormonal and therapeutic or low-risk products is safe, profitable, timely and of high quality, as well as ensuring the safety and health of employees and emergency operations of the plant.
- Ensure compliance with the production plan and optimization of the assigned resources for a safe and efficient operation.
- Promote the values of Operational Excellence, HSE, GMP, LIFE and Corporate Compliance as part of the company's culture.
- Ensure a culture of continuous improvement with a strong focus on efficiency and the strengthening of the culture of Operational Excellence, acting as a role model. Promote the implementation of continuous improvement projects (eg cost savings, performance improvement, investments and integrations).
- Ensure that the PSS methodology is cascaded through the production organization.
- Plan staff turnover, staff organization and management (including training and supervision).
- Maintain communication and information with the main interfaces (internal and external).
- Coordinate, implement, optimize the manufacturing processes of hormonal and therapeutic or low-risk products with the establishment of standards.
- Develop staff, ensuring the attraction and diversity of talent (D&I) and training, building a culture of high performance.

**Who you are**:
**Education**: Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemist Biologist (preferably with a specialty in business administration), Master's degree (desirable)

**Languages**: Advanced English (fluent)

**Experience**: At least 5 years in chemical or pharmaceutical industry, Administration of production plants, project management and leading Teamwork’s

**Knowledge**: Local and international pharmaceutical regulations, GMPs, Lean tools, Digital concepts, Quality Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Management of process equipment, Chemical processes, Organic chemistry, Statistics, KPIs (Performance Indicators), Production costs, Project management, Safety regulations and environmental protection, SAP system, Integrated system, Leadership / Personnel Managemen.
