We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive SMB customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.
- ** Performance Management and Analysis**:
- Collaborate with the SMB Sales, Channel Partner, and Mid-Market Sales leaders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance against targets.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on SMB performance for the SMB Strategy Leader and senior management.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment and execution of the SMB strategy.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of joint initiatives across different functions.

- Manage and oversee strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
