**Treasury Lead**

**1.Experiência**:
Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o afines.

Experiência laboral previa en roles financieros, preferiblemente en tesorería (3-5 anos)

Dominio alto ingles

**2.Conocimientos Técnicos**:
Experiência en la gestión de liquidez y presupuesto.

Conocimientos sólidos en el uso de herramientas y sistemas relacionados con la tesorería, como plataformas bancarias y sistemas ERP (SAP).

Conocimiento Flujo de Caja Directo e Indirecto

**3.Habilidades Analíticas**:
Capacidad para analizar informes financieros y datos relacionados con la tesorería.

Habilidad para identificar áreas de mejora en la eficiencia de los procesos de tesorería.

**4.Gestión de Riesgos**:
Conocimiento en la gestión de riesgos financieros y habilidades para implementar estrategias de mitigación de riesgos.

Experiência en la evaluación de tasas de interés, tipos de cambio y otros factores de riesgo financiero.

**5.Relaciones Bancarias**:
Experiência en la gestión de relaciones bancarias y negociación de términos con instituciones financieras.

Habilidad para optimizar costos asociados con servicios bancarios.

**6.Cumplimiento Normativo**:
Conocimiento de las regulaciones y normativas fiscales y financieras en México.

Experiência en garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos y externos.
