Summary

As a Director of Marketing, you will head up the marketing team, be responsible for the development of marketing strategies and its implementation of marketing action plan in order to achieve (and exceed) hotel revenue targets and other KPIs. You maintain and enhance the brand positioning, maximize exposures in the market, being the brand ambassador of Rancho Pescadero.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years previous Marketing experience in a 5 star hotel / luxury resort
- Having a structural and analysis thinking
- Energetic with can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure with face-paced working style in hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing Communications, and/or Business related
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English.
- Ability to think proactively and take initiative/ownership of projects and tasks
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and use discretion in communication both internally and externally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
