**I. **Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales

**II. **Responsable de llevar estadísticas, seguimientos y estrategias de reducción de Ausentismo y rotación

**III. **Responsable de mantener un ambiente laboral sano en la planta

**IV. **Realizar monitoreo de Servicios y establecer estrategias de mejora

**V. **Monitorear y asegurar el proceso de adaptación de personal de nuevo ingreso

**Escriba el número de flujo del puesto de trabajo**:Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales.**

Comunicación permanente RIT y leyes laborales (inducción y juntas 5 min)

Consultar departamento legal, situaciones especiales

Tener Documentado todos los casos por escrito y firmados por las partes participantes

**Responsable de llevar estadísticas, seguimientos y estrategias de reducción de ausentismo y rotación.**

Comunicar al inicio de mes objetivos de ausentismo y rotación personal Laborales

Análisis diario de ausentismo.

Localizar diario las faltas reincidentes

Análisis semanal de rotación por turnos y líneas

Ajustar perfil de contratación de acuerdo al requerimiento mensual.

**Responsable de mantener un ambiente laboral sano en la planta.**

Monitorear ambiente laborar de acuerdo a quejas de personal.

Aplicar encuestas de ambiente de inmediato en caso necesario

Realizar plan de acción RH y MFG

Auditar plan de acción y realizar una segunda encuesta

**Realizar monitoreo de servicios y establecer estrategias de mejora.**

Llevar trimestralmente las encuestas de servicios.

Presentar resultados con las áreas involucradas y pedir plan de acción

Auditar semanalmente los planes de acción

**Monitorear y asegurar el proceso de adaptación de personal de nuevo ingreso.**

Auditar diario visitas al personal en su estación de trabajo

Cruzar resultados con supervisores de mfg

Cuidar al personal que se mantengan en la misma estación, con personal que los entrene y cuenten con su equipo de trabajo

Buscar adaptación en diferentes procesos por habilidad

Presentar resultados en junta semanal.
