Quality Manager:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical field
At least seven years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be bi-lingual English/Spanish
Experience in Aerospace manufacturing with solid background in metal manufacturing environment including metal cutting and grinding is desirable
Strong prior experience and proficiency in root cause analysis and formal problem solving techniques
Good writing/administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, Minitab, etc.)
Demonstrated proficiency project management
Fact based, data driven decision maker
Proven history of customer satisfaction success both internally

& externally
Working knowledge of engineering part drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Experience working in a lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
