Contar con Amplia cartera de proveedores, en especial de contratistas obra civil, eléctrica, telecomunicaciones.

Trato Proveedores de material para obra civil, eléctrica, acero, telecomunicaciones etc.

Manejo de presupuestos, precios unitarios, costos de material.

Negociando proveedores, contratistas, materiales, etc.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência de 5 años mínimo a nível gerencial comprobable

Experiência de 5 años mínimo en el ramo de la construccion

Inglés B2/C1

Escolaridad: Ingeniería civil, arquitecto, o similar, deseable Maestría

Conocimientos: Indispensable Microsoft Office, amplio conocimiento en obra civil, eléctrica, telecomunicaciones, costos obra civil

Habilidades: Negociaciones Estratégicas, Control de Proyectos, Fuertes habilidades para Comunicación y establecer Relaciones Interpersonales, Tolerancia a la frustración
