Asset Management Associate

**Resumen del Puesto**
Buscamos un/a profesional altamente motivado/a y analítico/a para unirse a nuestro equipo de Gestión de Activos. Nuestro Asset Management Associate desempeñará un papel fundamental en la optimización del rendimiento de nuestra cartera de propiedades residenciales en renta en América Latina y Estados Unidos. Sus responsabilidades abarcarán desde el análisis de mercado hasta la supervisión de las operaciones diarias de los activos.
**Responsabilidades Clave**
- **Análisis de mercado y competencia**: Realizar análisis profundos de los mercados locales para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y riesgos potenciales.
- **Gestión de activos**: Supervisar y optimizar el desempeño de los activos asignados, incluyendo la fijación de rentas, la gestión de contratos y la supervisión de los gastos operativos.
- **Relaciones con inquilinos**: Coordinar con los equipos de arrendamiento para garantizar altas tasas de ocupación y una excelente experiência para los inquilinos.
- **Análisis financiero**: Preparar informes financieros detallados y análisis de rentabilidad para los activos bajo gestión.
- **Desarrollo de proyectos**: Participar en la evaluación y ejecución de proyectos de valor agregado, como renovaciones o expansiones.
- **Gestión de riesgos**: Identificar y mitigar los riesgos asociados con la inversión en bienes raíces residenciales.
**Requisitos**
- **Educación**: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
- **Experiência**: Mínimo 3 de años de experiência en gestión de activos, bienes raíces o una industria relacionada.
- **Conocimientos**: Sólidos conocimientos de análisis financiero, valoración de propiedades y gestión de proyectos.
- **Habilidades**: Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de comunicación y de resolución de problemas. Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y otras herramientas de análisis de datos.
- **Idiomas**: Fluidez en español e inglés.
- **Otros**: Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en nuestras oficinas en la col. Condesa, CDMX.
**Habilidades Deseadas**
- Conocimiento de los mercados de bienes raíces en América Latina y Estados Unidos.
