**Job Description Summary**
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o afín.
- Experiência mínima 5 años en el área de Importaciones / Exportaciones
- Experiência en Operación Aduanera (importaciones y exportaciones) Anexo 24 (ZOE

preferentemente
- Experiência en maquiladora.
- Inglés mínimo 80% (Hablado, escrito y comprensión).
- Experiência en solución de problemas complejos que requieran nuevos conocimientos e innovación.
- Conocimientos en Oracle
- Conocimientos del programa IMMEX
- Experiência en Manejo de paquetería Office

Conocimientos en aplicación del Control de inventarios y estructuras de materiales (Anexo 24)
Llevar una administración efectiva y eficiente del sistema de Anexo 24 para asegurar completitud, exactitud y validez de la información que registra por medio de las operaciones de importación y exportación que administra.
Conocimientos de Administración de operaciones de Importación y Exportación Marítima en puertos marítimos en Mexico y USA.
Conocimiento de controles requeridos para tener una correcta administración de status de importaciones marítimas para asegurar que se lleven a cabo las operaciones en los tiempos inferiores a los límites establecidos para pago de demora y o almacenajes.
Elaboración de facturas de importación y exportación en sistema de anexo 24 para importaciones, exportaciones de todo tipo de materiales incluyendo activos fijos.
Revisión y autorización de pago de pedimentos en los tiempos requeridos según sea la operación de Importación o la exportación (consolidados y/o por operación).
Asegurar la aplicación y uso de identificadores a nível partida y nível caratula en los pedimentos que autoriza.
Análisis y aplicación de PROSEC, USMCA y o Reglas Octavas en la revisión de autorizaciones de pedimento, así como asegurarse de que sean aplicados de forma correcta en pedimento.
Manejo de pedimentos y operaciones virtuales, de cambios de régimen y regularizaciones.
Asegurarse del cumplimiento de las fechas requeridas para cierre en cada operación virtual, así como evitar incurrir en multas por motivo de cierres extemporáneos.
Coordina la generación de información diversa y reportes periódicos y especiales que le son solicitados en material de comercio exterior, certificaciones y demás datos de su departamento.
Prepara los reportes y presentaciones de información gerencial de sus actividades y la muestra en las reuniones periódicas de gestión de resultados de su departamento.
Mantiene comunicación directa con Agencias Aduanales mexicana y americana en los trámites ante Aduanas, coordina operación de revisores de mercancías tanto en bodegas, puertos y/o aeropuertos.

Asegura el cumplimiento de los programas de seguridad y/o certificaciones C-TPAT /OEA en operaciones de Comercio Exterior.
Tiene contacto con las compañías transportistas (programando y confirmando) a fin de tener un flujo eficiente de mercancías.
Verificación de requisitos especiales (materiales peligrosos, NOMs, permisos de SENER, ETC.)
Conocimiento en Oracle E-BS.
Otras actividades inherentes al departamento de aduanas.
Mantener actualizado y de forma integral el expediente físico y electrónico de aduanas y asegurarse del flujo correcto de documentos por parte de las partes involucradas.
Monitoreo de operaciones de importación y exportación, así como asegurarse de reportar cualquier incidente y situación de riesgo con su jefe inmediato.
Realizar su trabajo de acuerdo con los métodos, instrucciones y especificaciones autorizadas y actualizadas aplicables al departamento de aduanas.
Seguir las indicaciones contenidas en el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo referentes a seguridad y de los demás trabajadores, cuidado del equipo, materiales, instalaciones y otros recursos propiedad de la empresa.
