As the Learning Support Assistant, you will provide essential support to a professional Intake coach, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality coaching services to their learners. You will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of coaching sessions.

**Compensation**:
$7 - $8 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Training Plan Management**:Maintain client records, session notes, and other relevant documentation in an organized and secure manner, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- ** Research and Preparation**: Conduct research on relevant topics and assist in preparing materials for coaching sessions, such as presentation slides, handouts, or reference materials.
- ** Follow-up and Accountability**: Help track client progress, follow up on action items from coaching sessions, and provide reminders and accountability support to ensure clients stay on track with their goals.
- ** Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information about coaching services.
- ** Session Coordination**: Assist in organizing coaching sessions by scheduling appointments, setting up virtual meeting platforms, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and accessible.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude, able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
