**Objetivo del Puesto**

Gestionar los recursos tecnológicos, financieros y humanos para la formación profesional del departamento de Educación Profesional. Además es el vínculo entre universidades-empresa, para la incorporación de nuevas carreras de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa.

**Actividades Principales**
- Cooperar en el desarrollo de conceptos de desarrollo profesional y medidas de calificación de la comprensión.
- Apoyar la inversión y la planificación del presupuesto dentro de su área de responsabilidad.
- Mantener contactos con organizaciones educativas como escuelas de formación profesional, etc.
- Elaborar y revisar convenios con instituciones educativas gubernamentales y no gubernamentales.
- Planear y organizar los diagramas de flujo y sus contenidos de formación.
- Supervisar el despliegue de locaciones de la empresa ( ejemplo, mantener contactos, intercambio de información respecto a entrenamientos, etc.).
- Cooperar en la determinación de la demanda de aprendices.
- Organizar y monitorear la demanda de estudiantes orientada a propósitos de formación profesional.
- Apoyar en la selección y reclutamiento de los aprendices.
- Transmitir las capacidades y habilidades a los estudiantes para la realización del trabajo correspondiente.
- Supervisar técnicamente a los aprendices a través de la instrucción, promoción, motivación.
- Cooperar con las medidas y acciones de orden superior. (ejemplo, la realización de eventos de marketing tales como exposiciones, etc.).

**Experiência Necesaria**
- Ingeniería en Electricidad/Electrónica/Mecánica
- Experiência profesional en los campos de mecánica, soldadura.
- Mantenimiento de instalaciones de producción, procesos productivos, automatización y control
- Experiência en manejo de grupos
