Descrierea jobului
Misiunea ta:
- Sa înveti sau să îți dezvolți abilitățile de comunicare alături de noi prin gestionarea apelurilor primite din partea clienților ING, persoane fizice sau juridice.
- Acest rol este dedicate celor curioși, cu dorință de explorare sau reinventare într-un mediu creat să îți valorifice în totalitate potențialul.
Ce facem împreună?
- Explorăm. Nenumărate experiențe de învățare, tipologii de clienți, soluții și idei. Totul începe cu preluarea apelurilor telefonice.
- Exersăm. Orice realizare durabilă se construiește pas cu pas. Înarmează-te cu răbdare și ține minte că experiența se câștigă cu timpul. Te vom ajuta cu ce informații trebuie să oferi clientului privind serviciile și produsele ING.
- Îndrăznim. Oricând poți cere ajutorul. O părere în plus ajută întotdeauna Treptat vei avea cele mai bune soluții pentru orice tip de problemă.
- Învățăm. Setează-ți obiective ambițioase și nu renunța la ceea ce îți dorești. Ține minte că cel mai mare eșec poate fi cea mai frumoasă schimbare.
Programul de lucru:
- În ture, în funcție de norma aleasă (la început în intervalul 9:00 - 21:00, apoi 06:00 - 22:00); după o perioadă de 8-9 luni, se poate accesa și tura de noapte;
- Norma de lucru aleasă nu poate fi fragmentată/cumulată pe mai multe zile;
- 1 weekend lucrător / lună (cu 2 zile libere în timpul săptămânii) + Sărbători legale (prin rotație / tragere la sorți)
- IMPORTANT Trainingul se va desfasura timp de 9 zile la sediu, full-time indiferent de norma pentru care optezi, în intervalul 09:00 - 17:30, de luni până vineri
