Are you passionate about fostering positive workplace relationships while navigating the dynamic world of international mobility? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Employee Relations Expert II with a focus on international mobility and project management.
Mission
The role involves the management of international mobility cases, at the same time, part of the role will also include project management responsibilities regarding the management of global and/or local initiatives & projects.
What you bring to the team
- Skilled in employee relations with a focus on international mobility, managing complex relocation processes and addressing cross-cultural challenges.
- Project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive projects to completion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
