Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsible of register Vendor/Supplier invoices, follow up inquiries with escalations team which will keep constant communication with Buyers, warehouse, and suppliers to solve problems.

Will audit Travel expense reports, approving or rejecting according to company travel policies highlighting out of rules expenses, and solving inquiries of reimbursements in regards employee travel expenses.

**Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations**
- Invoice Mailbox review and OCR processing.
- Auditing of Non PO Invoice payment requests.
- Capture of PO based invoices (Services and Hard Goods).
- Follow up of invoice posting pending of service approval, warehouse receipts, purchase order issues, Requisitioner assistance, vendors, and procurement.
- Capture of brokers invoices and freight.
- Participate in trainings given by the company and area.
- Participate with continuous improvement of process.
- Participate in physical inventory cycle counts, HR and EHS committees.
- Assurance compliance of quality regulations according to established procedures policies.
- Audit employee travel expense reports.
- Capable of use independent judgement to recognize and solve problems following company travel expenses policies.
- Customer Service skills.
- Assistance to internal and external auditors.
- Provide help and assistance with travel policies updates.

**Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skill Required**
- **ESCOLAR DEGREE**:Professional in accounting or administrative degrees
- **ENGLISH**: I**ntermediate, upper, or advance (read, write and conversational)
- **EXPERIENCE**:1 Year in area
