En este puesto, ejecutará planes de servicio en cuentas estratégicas del distrito, brindará a los clientes asistencia para resolver problemas y generará altos níveles de satisfacción del cliente.

**Lo que harás**:

- Ejecutar análisis fisicoquímicos, verificaciones de procesos de enfriamiento acordes al tratamiento químico.
- Realizar informes a través de:

- Cuestiones químicas, técnicas y de aplicación, así como la optimización de los sistemas impactando en ahorros de agua y energía.
- Ejecutar pruebas de campo, seguimiento a nuevas aplicaciones.
- Establecer, verificar y documentar los planes de seguridad e higiene.
- Asistir a las necesidades urgentes del cliente en sitio.
- Instalar y reparar el equipo en la planta del cliente.
- Asegurar los objetivos de mantenimiento de los dispositivos de equipo (Bombas, controladores, calibraciones, fugas).
- Apoyar la introducción de nuevos programas u oportunidades.
- Lograr métricas de seguridad mensuales e ingresar datos de seguridad en el sistema de la compañía
- Establecer nuevas formas de mejorar el servicio
- Proporcionar recomendaciones relacionadas con los estándares de seguridad y el protocolo.

**Detalles de la posición**:

- Su zona de alcance incluye: García, Nuevo León
- Horario y turnos: Turno de 12 horas 4 días de trabajo por 3 de descanso. Se rola turno cada mes y puede ser de 8:00 a.m. a 08:00 p.m. o 08:00 p.m. a 08:00 a.m.

**Requisitos Minimos**:

- Grado de Bachillerato o Técnico en Química, mecánica, electricidad o electromecánica (o similar) o Licenciatura trunca o terminada en Química, Mantenimiento industrial o afín
- Conocimientos básicos de PTAR, enfriamiento (tipos), sistema de exploración y osmosis inversa o mantenimiento preventivo o experiência en roles técnicos en plantas de Alimentos y Bebidas.

**Requisitos fisicos**:

- Debe tener la capacidad de levantar/empujar/cargar 25 kg.
- Debe poder acceder y sentirse cómodo trabajando en una variedad de condiciones (espacios confinados, lugares húmedos y / o polvorientos, condiciones de congelación y condiciones de calor)
- Debe ser capaz de realizar físicamente los deberes esenciales de la posición que incluyen levantar, inclinarse, arrodillarse, agacharse, estirarse, mantener el equilibrio, etc.
