General Descripción**:

- ** Es responsable de revisar el plan de producción diario para coordinar y reabastecer los materiales en cada una de las estaciones de trabajo y áreas de Kanban, programar la secuencia de materiales en panel view en estaciones multibin, cubrir estaciones de trabajo y dar soporte al jefe de grupo.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Deberes y Responsabilidades**:

- **Cumplir con los horarios y ruta establecida para el reabastecimiento de los materiales en las líneas de producción durante todo el turno.**:

- ** Revisar durante su ruta, los materiales que requieran reabastecimiento en las estaciones de trabajo y en los supermercados Kanban, de acuerdo a las señales establecidas, (por lo general bins vacíos, tarjetas Kanban, monitores electrónicos de Kanban o cualquier otro sistema que se haya implementado para señalizar que un material debe ser reabastecido).**:

- **Revisar el plan de producción diario identificando las órdenes de trabajo que se producirán en la línea de producción, (esta información será proporcionada por el Supervisor/Jefe de Grupo)**:

- ** Revisar los pick-list de las órdenes de trabajo para verificar la disponibilidad de materiales en las diferentes locaciones.**:

- ** Llenar requisiciones y darles seguimiento en almacén para el surtido de materiales**:

- ** Verificar que los materiales entregados por almacén sean los números de parte y cantidades correctas a las solicitadas.**:

- ** Dosificar y re empacar los materiales para el surtido a las estaciones de trabajo.**:

- ** Deberá de interpretar y entender las órdenes de trabajo de la línea de producción.**:

- ** Programar las ordenes de trabajo en los Panel View de las estaciones multibin.**:

- ** Interpretar los pizarrones Nível III, IV y el de nívelación de órdenes de producción (Heijunka.)**:

- ** Coordinar las devoluciones de materiales remanentes al almacén.**:

- ** Responsable de mantener la limpieza y el orden en su área de trabajo, cumpliendo los programas de 5S +1 (Seguridad y 5 S de orden y limpieza).**:

- ** Apoyar al jefe de grupo en sus actividades diarias y cubrirlo cuando sea requerido.**
- ** Estar entrenado en todas las operaciones de su célula de mfg. para poder cubrir una estación si así es requerido.**:

- ** Participar en actividades de CPI Excelencia Operativa.**:

- ** Este puesto/función debe ser responsable de entender y seguir los requerimientos del sistema de administración de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, su Política, los estándares y procedimientos aplicables.**
