We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Supervisor**. based in **Apodaca Plant, Ciudad Apodaca, Nuevo Leon**. (E-Systems Division).

As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will have an excellent opportunity to work to supervise production, based on production orders, assigning the necessary resources to complete them in the required time according to production standards, with the quality required by our customers and at the cost established by the organization and keeping control of the scrap levels, respecting the procedures, work instructions and quality plans.

**Your Task will be**:

- Supervise production and meet daily safety goals for quality, production, scrap, and absenteeism.
- Administration of personnel in charge.
- Keep as little inventory as possible of raw material and finished product on the floor.
- Monitor and follow up on the 5s actions required to maintain a good level in their lines.
- Review the production plan daily.
- Compliance with the politics and procedures of quality, environment, and labor standards of Lear Corporation.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
- 3 years minimum as similar position in the electronics or automotive industry.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (C1/C2) is a must.
- knowledge in approach to quality, scrap reduction and specific customer requirements-General Motors.
- Training in Lean Manufacturing.
- Training in Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt) not essential.
- Master of Business Administration not essential.
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate).
- ability to work in a team and leadership.
