We’re in search of a dynamic marketing assistant to support our team in accomplishing our marketing objectives. An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas. We welcome applicants with excellent project management skills, a knack for innovation, and a willingness to learn and grow.

**Compensation**:
$4 - $8 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
- Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
- Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
- Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
- Create interesting content with our team
- Support team with admin and marketing tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
- Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
- Create interesting content with our team

- Create videos for Youtube
- Create reels
- Edit photos
- Promote the company and brand
- Promote our property listings
- Create social posts including captions
- Prepare and send pre-appointment presentations
- Prepare and send listing reports
