**Job Title**:GL GBS Supervisor

**Job Location**: Corporate Offices (Juarez, Chih., MX.) - Presential

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **GL Supervisor**, based in **Corporate Offices -Juarez, Chih., MX**.

As a member of the GL team, the GL Supervisor role will ensure that all accounting records are done correctly. Coordinate the flow of information between the different entities.

**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**
- Coordination of the closing accounting process.
- Effective communication with the different departments that interact.
- Tracking of freight records, I/C, prepayment, leases, maquila, revaluations, others.
- Reviews of current variances vs. budget.
- Coordinate I/C Charges.
- Preparation of forecast and budget.
- Accounting reconciliations.
- Customer knowledge.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably experience in accounting firm.
- Experience in personnel supervision.
- Knowledge of SAP/HFM/ACTIF/, advanced Excel, focus on customer service.
- Financial information analysis skills.
- Advanced English level.
