**About the role**:

- As a Snr Associate in Emerging Science & Innovation at Reckitt, you'll have the opportunity to lead in product development and project management. This role involves transforming cutting-edge prototypes into consumer-ready products that reflect the innovation at the core of our business. You will be at the forefront of our industry's evolution, navigating through complex, multifaceted projects with a mix of technical skill and creative thinking. - Take charge of technical project leadership to drive timely launches, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and cost.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance on technical skills and professional growth.
- Master detailed knowledge of product technologies, enhancing project execution and decision-making.
- Transform scientific advancements into market-ready concepts, claims, and exceptional product experiences.
