The Financial Services Representative will review outstanding bills, contacts Epicor clients, and work with them on resolving delinquent accounts.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide professional customer service regarding collection issues.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
- Make collection calls on past due accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to bring their account current.
- Uses pre-existing resolutions to solve client issues.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary.
- Provide customer service internally and externally.
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.

**You bring (most) of this**:

- Excellent costumer orientation
- Must possess basic computer knowledge.
- Must be able to type minimum 40 words per minute.
- Must possess the ability to sell and negotiate with difficult consumers.
- Cannot be afraid to ask questions and seek out information.
- Must be able to deal with rejection.
- Willing to learn.
- Speaks English fluently, advanced written English.
