Global Talent Acquisition Data and Analytics Coordinator

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Are you a Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for process, data and analytics?

As the **Global Talent Acquisition Data and Analytics Coordinator**, you will be responsible for RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) process, reporting/invoicing, and driving strategic initiatives at HPE.

This is not your average administrative role. We are a high energy team and are looking for someone with a passion for digging deeper, asking questions, making recommendations and leading positive change.

**How you'll make your mark**:

- Effectively manages processes for talent acquisition key programs in partnership with HR operations, finance, and procurement.
- Perform timely and accurate monthly billing audits and proactively completes internal audits as needed.
- Maintains financial dashboards and fiscal year forecasting.
- Lead talent acquisition process and data audit initiatives and report on compliance requirements.
- Obtain ongoing education and knowledge of TA compliance guidelines and regulations.
- Responsible for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team process governance.
- Perform Applicant Tracking System and other TA systems testing
- Participate in other strategic projects as needed.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Procurement or HR) or equivalent work experience.
- Typically, 4-6 years of related experience.
- Highly proficient with applicant tracking software (preferable Workday Recruiting), Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Data and analytics experience.
- Comfortable working in a global virtual environment and flexible work schedule.
- This role will require limiting/avoiding taking personal time off between day 20 to 26 of each month due to business process sensitives.

**Knowledge and Skills Preferred**:

- Basic knowledge of internal audit policies and operating principles.
- Basic risk assessment and scoping skills.
- Intermediate research and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal, written and presentation).
