OBJECTIVE:
The Procurement Analyst is a key part of the International Procurement Office (IPO) group which provides worldwide support on the objectives of the Category Managers and Leaders around cost management, category strategy, plant support and supplier performance management.

ACTIVITIES:
- Monitors commodity indexes, creates reports and communicates updates to the procurement organization.- RFQ preparation and submission for new procurement projects and benchmark activity directed by the Category Managers/Leaders.- Researches data performs analytics and generates custom reports.-
- Maintain supplier master data including quality certification documents within ERP.- Super user for the VIPI SPPAP (Supplier Production Part Approval Process) system to create and manage SPPAPs for the organization.- Support Supplier Development.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, finance or a related field.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Strong competency level in Microsoft Excel and ERP.- Quick learner, flexible and people orientated.- Proven appreciation of customer service expectations and cost demands of the business.- Fluent in English.
