Objetivo del Puesto El especialista en servicio al cliente de comercio electrónico es responsable de cumplir y superar constantemente las expectativas de nuestros clientes, brindando una experiência de primera clase a través de nuestro método de trabajo personalizado y único. Supervisa al equipo que cumplan con los mismos estándares brindando orientación y capacitación. Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto: Desarrollar la relación de nuestros clientes de inicio a fin de una manera eficiente y profesional en cada contacto. Brindar una atencion y experiência excepcional a nuestros clientes b2b y b2c Resuelve problemas y brinda soluciones creando una experiência memorable con nuestros clientes Procesa pedidos y devoluciones a través de varias plataformas Responde las inquietudes y consultas de los clientes entrantes referente a estatus de ordenes, cambios, tiempos de entrega, por medio una plataforma de servicio, chats, correos, mgs, etc. Administra los registros de los clientes actualizando detalles de su pedido Mantiene el conocimiento hacia la educación del producto, para ayudar mejor a los clientes Evalúa los problemas de los clientes para encontrar y brindar las mejores soluciones posibles Brinda respuestas informadas a preguntas sobre productos, precios, y disponibilidad Comprende las necesidades de cada cliente para brindar soluciones reales y efectivas Maneja substitutos de ordenes
Experiência y requisitos
Lic. Terminada Admón., Comercio Int., logística o a fin Ingles avanzado (conversacional) Experiência mínima 3 años en puesto similar con sistemas ERP SALESFORCE, WHATSAPP BUSINESS, TRENGO Experiência en venta en linea, marketplaces Alto Manejo de PC, (Mac deseable). Otras actividades Compras Documentación de productos Funciones variables en el área de recibos/envíos Competencias esenciales Alta capacidad analítica Sentido de urgencia Autónomo Estratega para la solución de problemas Alta adaptabilidad al cambio Excelente comunicación y trato intrepersonal
