Training Assistant Manager

**Job summary**
Responsible for overseeing the training programs and initiatives within the organization. This role involves developing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and continually improving training processes.
**Job detail**
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials.
- Update training curricula as necessary to align with company goals and industry standards
- Conduct training sessions for employees across various departments.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions and ensure resources are available.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Supervisor, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of effective training methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Certification such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is a plus.
- Bilingual English-Spanish
