**Objetivo**:
El propósito principal del puesto es proporcionar atención y servicio al cliente analizando las necesidades, prioridades y requerimientos a través de:

- Recepción y análisis del EDI garantizando la capacidad necesaria para cumplir en tiempo y forma, avisando al cliente con anticipación en caso de alguna alerta;
- Garantizar el correcto cumplimiento de los requisitos específicos del cliente (packaging, label, portal requirements)
- El seguimiento de sus requerimientos, dándoles avisos de sus embarques con base a un método de envío, cantidad y tiempo solicitados por el cliente.
- Mantener la programación del sistema de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente.
- Realizar oportunamente las notas de crédito en SAP para evitar generar diferencias financieras.
- Mantener al día el seguimiento de los despachos comparándolo con el plan propuesto e informar las desviaciones a los KPI’s.

**Responsabilidades**:

- REQUERIMIENTO ESPECIFICO: Garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los requerimientos específicos del cliente garantizando la difusión interna (ej. Packaging, label, ASN, portal, engineering change, etc.)
- ATENCION A CLIENTES: Mantener al día los pedidos de toda la cartera de clientes por cada despacho en el sistema SAP.
- Levantar información del portal de los clientes y realizar seguimiento individual de cada caso.
- Dar seguimiento a la demanda del cliente EDI y Call off.
- GESTION DE ENTREGAS: Programar las ventanas de embarque acordando los horarios para cumplir en tiempo y forma las ventanas. Apoyar en la generación de listas de embarque mediante el sistema SAP
- PARAMETROS EN SAP: Verificar y apoyar en la mejora de los datos maestros de SAP para la parametrización con base a la demanda del cliente EDI, actualizando los módulos correspondientes a su rol en SAP
- ENVIO DE ASN: Seguimiento al envío de ASN por parte del Analista de Exportación, mediante SAP y confirmación por correo al OEM para confirmación del envío del material al cliente.

**Conocimientos**:

- +3 años en puesto similar.
- Ing. Industrial o afín.
- Inglés avanzado.
- SAP (MODULO SD), MMOG, VDA6, EDI.

Salario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
