**Play your part in our team success**

This position will give overall support to the Shopfloor Planning department to not only be involved in the day-to-day operation, but also have a wider perspective of the process and their impact in broader level topics, like schedule commitment plan and the chance to directly participate in being that Pre-Pack organization has automated processes, tools and reporting to ensure compliance to processes, strategies and KPIs.

**Core Responsabilities**
- Perform daily activities as support in the execution of the production plan. (Planning principles)
- _ Assess business process and system inefficiencies; seek for continuous Improvement activities oriented to increase productivity and higher level of quality of data management. _
- Lead and/or participate in projects focused on automatization of tools, processes, or visual management of the team.
- Drive the compliance of the area in Safety, Quality and LCI requirements, and facilitate the execution and implementation of projects in the production area.
- Create and support in the documentation of the processes to achieve the IMS activities on time.
- Responsible for preparing the necessary investigation for the area / huddle meetings of the department related to the performance.

- Education: from 8th semester and above preferably IMA, IME, IIA, IIS or similar
- Problem solving, passionate about data, interpretation, and innovation, proactive and self-driven.
- Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel and a plus if any Microsoft Power Platform (like Power BI, Power app, Power automate, etc.)
- SAP knowledge and/or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) plus Programming and database apps (like Python or SQL
- Able to work independently but also energized/thrives in a team environment.
- Analytic, good at verbal and written communication both in Spanish and English
