Play your part in our team success

This position will give overall support to the Americas Region while helping in making sure all of the queries for our colleagues are answered within the first contact, we will be supporting with advice and support to colleagues around the LEGO Group.

Core Responsabilities

  • Follow up Service Now Tickets.

  • Collaborate closely with Level 2 teams to ensure proper communication.

Do you have what it takes?

•Education: Active student from 6th semester and above in Administration, Finance or similar bachelor's degree.

•Proactive, responsible, and self-driven

•Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel and Power Point and a plus if any SAP, Workday. 

•Desirable experience in finance

•Good at working individually but also with a team

•Great communications written and oral both in Spanish and English

•Passionate for customer service and with a strong service and customer driven mindset
