**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with system users to identify, explain, and resolve issues which cannot be solved by tier one and two support personnel.
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Responsible for leading a team of developers, QA, and architects.
- Develop/modify programs based on functional specifications, investigate and understand new technologies, participate in unit test planning, unit-tests, code review and performance monitoring.
- Adhere to company and departmental policies and processes to help achieve predictable service levels and meet goals.
- Interface with internal customers and provide biddings and planning projects effort.
- Individual job duties may vary.
- Mentor entry level and senior developers

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors in computer sciences Engineering or related.
- English - 90%
- 2+ years of experience in Development (Angular, Ionic, Kotlin, Swift, Objective C, *Java, Vue)
- Experience leading a team of developers, QA, and architects.
- Agile preferred knowledge
- Visa
- Travel availability
