**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**
El Supervisor de Ingeniería se encarga del seguimiento a la ejecución de los proyectos conforme a los cronogramas definidos, así como también al monitoreo de las actividades realizadas por los contratistas y seguimiento a las pruebas de maquinaria o producto, manteniendo un foco en Seguridad y Calidad durante la ejecución de pruebas e instalación, utilizando las herramientas de Early Management como sistema de gestión base.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- El Supervisor de _Ingeniería responsable_ de:_
Proyectos:
1. Liberación de los permisos de trabajo, garantizando que el equipo de contratistas cumpla con los lineamientos de SHE.
2. Garantizar el uso de los estándares y sistemas de SHEQ para la gestión de trabajos o intervenciones.
3. Participar en las evaluaciones de riesgo (HAZOP, Risk Assessment, MOC etc) de los proyectos y asegurar la implementación de las acciones correspondientes al departamento. Alertar a los Ingenieros de Proyectos sobre posibles riesgos derivados de las implementaciones.
4. Consolidar los KPI´s y KAI´s de entrega de los proyectos
5. Emitir y colaborar con TIM en los reportes de pruebas industriales y consolidar la información.
8. Participación durante los condicionamientos.
9. Monitorear el desempeño de los proyectos implementados y comunicar estos resultados al team de condicionamiento
10. Uso de herramientas del pilar Early Equipment Management (EEM).
11. Preparar el Transfer Pack para entrega a planta del nuevo proyecto
12. Participar en revisión post-lanzamiento
Soporte a Planta:
1. Apoyar al equipo de TIM en los proyectos que requieran inversión y/ o tengan alguna dificultad técnica
2. Soporte al equipo de Mantenimiento en la revisión de activos y validación de planes de mantenimiento.
3. Consolidación de los KPI´s para la evaluación de los proyectos de Soporte a Planta.
4. Soporte a Manufactura las iniciativas de mejoras de procesos, reducción de mermas, mejoras en materiales, validación de materiales que tienen riesgo de suministro y proyectos de ahorro, realizando pruebas y asegurando la implementación exitosa de las iniciativas propuestas.
Transformación Tecnológica:
1. Ser los guardianes del conocimiento tecnológico en la planta a través del desarrollo de nuevas prácticas y de su implementación.

Perfil educativo relacionado a las carreras de Ingeniería Electromecánica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial.
Tener al menos 2 años de experiência en Ingeniería de nuevos proyectos
**Habilidades**
1.Conocimientos sobre operaciones unitarias, procesos de alimentos deshidratados, así como también conocimiento sobre el envasado de flexibles y rígidos.
2.Conocimientos sobre la gestión y manejo de los proyectos así como las herramientas básicas de mejora de indicadores productivos como WMS, Manufactrua Esbelta, LOTO, 5´S etc.
3.Conocimientos básicos sobre las disciplinas Mecánica, Eléctrica, Neumática, Civil y Programación.
4.Inglés: 50%
