**Your Role**:

- Handle document uploads to platforms like YouTube and AppFolio.
- Oversee the lease process from start to finish.
- Engage with prospects and update leasing metrics.
- Coordinate move-ins and create work orders from checklists.

**We're Looking For**:

- Experience in Property Management, ideally as a Leasing Administrator.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Tech requirements: Modern computer, high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a second monitor.
- Full-time availability during working hours, with a quiet home workspace.
