**Description**
**Objetivo Principal**:
- Seguimiento de Actividades y Plan de Trabajo, Prevención de Riesgos, Manejo de Situaciones, Motivación y Comunicación al Equipo del Proyecto, Administración de Recursos, Líneas de Acción para miembros del Proyecto; Reportes de Estatus y Comunicación Ejecutiva de Resultados.
- Manejo y Solución de Conflictos, Relación con Diversos Equipos de las Divisiones o Unidades de Negocio y algunas veces cliente final.

**Ingles Avanzado (conversacional),**
- Manejo de herramientas computacionales (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point),
- Gestión de incidencias y conflictos
- Planificación y organización
- Programación de actividades
- Análisis del entorno
- Gestión del cambio
- Administración, manejo efectivo de tiempo y estimación de recursos
- Conocimiento del Negocio
- Comprensión de las operaciones
- 5 años de experiência en puesto similar
**Educación**:
