About the Role:
The Distillation Excellence Manager ensures performance at our Distillation sites, delivering against all aspects of our scorecard whilst driving improvement in efficiency, productivity and cost, founded over best in class manufacturing practices, role modelling the highest standards for operational excellence inspiring Teams to become the benchmark across regions and categories, empowering for growth.
Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:
- We’d love to work with you if you have consistent track record to build a high-performance climate within large multi-disciplinary teams, establishing operational excellence performance standards and coaching others to consistently achieve them. A demonstrated ability in Senior roles.- Previous experience in distilling, maturation of spirits or blending would be ideal. Don’t have this? - Preliminary experience with manufacturing automation processes will be an excellent complement, bringing the best of the tech industry to eliminate unsafe risks, quality challenges, nonvalue-added activities, among others prioritizing people participation in data analytics for decision making, creative and critical thinking, challenging cost/performance optimization on top of high tech.- Spanish and English Advanced skills.
