Function: This Sr. Project Manager Role will be leading Distillery projects across the tequila category for Diageo, Based in Atotonilco, Jalisco, Mexico.

Insight focused corporate investment analysis that interrogates and transforms information gathering, reporting to facilitate best decision making. Reduce costs of capital investment, Invest hard-working

Develop strategy for execute distillery portfolio project to achieve annual important metrics.

Implement aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit.

Ensure and strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.

Consistency through standardized conversion technologies via robust technology selection.

Establish and optimally lead project budgets and objectives. Reinforce CAPEX standardized project along the organization, ensuring completion and delivering distillery / processing projects using change control management, training, construction management, scope development and on board with team members on user requirements, justification, constraints and assumptions. Must be able to communicate project status, needs, and important metrics to wide range of team members across the business.

A flexible leadership style is required, which will allow influencing at all levels both internally and externally through mentor, facilitation and cross-functional team working.

Ensure projects are within scope, direction and schedule. Able to lead other departments to get the job done.

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanic, Electric, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial, Robotic, Electronic)- Desirable master degree, PMI certification, PMO.- 14 years of validated experience in multiple complex projects, construction, greenfield projects, brown fields, high-speed packaging lines or a combination of experience and education. Experience in consumer products industry (beverage is desirable).- Deep knowledge in FAT, SAT, VSU, Commissioning, CQV process,- Knowledge in qualification process (IQ, OQ, PQ).- Deep knowledge in scheduling, and project time management, with ability to lead multiple work streams while delivering to target dates.- Microsoft Office suite literate (MS Project).- Proven commercial and negotiation skills.- Strong ability to work independently and be dedicated as it relates to workload, problem solving and trouble-shooting.- Solid understanding of basic elements of Good Manufacturing Practices in a manufacturing environment.- Must have strong problem solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under time sensitive situations.- Proficiency in gathering business requirements, process flows and use cases for root cause analysis.- Knowledge of safety and hygiene.- Bilingual (Spanish / English) - (business conversation)
