**Preferred Qualifications**
- This role is responsible for executing PR and Operations projects that help Mexico´s team to achieve our brand’s recognition as a top cloud provider; support the business growth; and continue building and protecting our reputation._
- This role executes the operational tracking of all PR events/releases/hits in the country through timely reports, analysis of all Oracle mentions’ on external channels (digital, printed press, radio, TV, social media, etc.), enhances the clipping tool to obtain further data insights. Participates in the drafting and publication of corporate press releases, develops content grills, and collaborates to maintain continuous activity in MD social media account aimed to increase her external positioning._
- The business analyst PR & Ops will be focused 40% of the time on generating campaigns with customers in Mexico to identify and create “success stories” of clients on press releases and reinforces loyalty campaigns among Oracle’s employees for our external customers. She/he will support the Voice of the customer initiative and culture hacks customer centric._

Activities:

- Track, explore and follow up on customer stories opportunities with the sales team representatives and develop communications assets about these cases.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of strategies to strengthen the organization’s customer centric culture.
- Develop communications plans to amplify customer cases reach.
- Coordination and alignment with an external PR agency;
- Coordination of press activities and influencers with the external press office (programme monitoring, production of materials - press releases, briefings, presentations, articles, plans for press events);
- Production of press releases, media pitches, briefings, presentations, articles, etc.;
- Control and production of results reports based on communication metrics;
- Participation in planning activities in the area;
- Contact with Marketing, Human Resources, Internal communications, Corporate Citizenship, Diversity & Inclusion areas to define joint communication strategies for institutional and product issues;
- Monitoring of news published in the press (clipping) and analysis

**Profile**:

- Complete Higher Education or Specialization in Marketing, Advertising or Public relations
- Competent with analysis.
- Change management in a complex process environment through influence and collaboration rather than direct control.
- Flexible, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work successfully across global and virtual teams
- Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills
- Resourceful, organized, & detail oriented
- English: Intermediate/High
- Ability to coordinate projects
- Ability to work in a dynamic and transformational environment
- Preferably, work experience related to Communication and/or Press Office

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
