**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**

The Procurement operation Center coordinator will coordinate the correct execution of the processes of the "Quality Check", "Spot and Tactical Buyers", as well as provide support to the POC team to have the necessary technological and information tools. The POC Coordinator will have to help and support all the POC team members to successfully complete their daily activities and additional projects. He/She will have to ensure the fulfillment of the KPI’s, SLA’s and the annual myBUY’s savings target.

**Your Impact**

As a Procurement Tactical Buy Coordinator - POC Coordinator CASA your responsibilities would consist of
- Coordinate the correct execution of the processes of "Quality Check", "Spot and Tactical Buyers", as well as provide support to the POC team to have the necessary technological and information tools.
- Daily monitoring of the volume of requirements received and dispersion according to categories.
- Support to solve issues related to QC, Spot / Tactical buyers and POC Coordinators, GP strategic team, users or Help Desk activities
- Ensure that negotiations are executed based on the 7 Steps methodology through the myBUY platform (Ariba) and aligned to PepsiCo global policies and procedures - e.g. monthly audit system for all the PRs approved by the POC team
- Track the fulfillment of all the additional projects and initiatives in order to increase myBUY efficiency and adoptiond of myBUY among the users.
- Ensure operational continuity through the creation of benchs for the buyers and Quality Check and reinforcing the general knowledge of the platform within the POC.
- Share valuable information to users through the myBUY Breaking News
- Support myBUY adoption - e.g. strategy to decrease the number of denied PRs or tickets raised for the users, develop a certification process for all myBUY users
- Support myBUY’s automation target
- Analyze myBUY payments and expenses structure in order to identify opportunities to identify savings opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase myBUY knowledge and decrease the number of denied PRs and tickets raised for the users.
- Help to assure myBUY’s automation target

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes
- People/interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP (Ariba/SAP) or other e Requisitioning tools essential
- Experience with creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers
- Intermediate English level
- Procurement and analytical background
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional presentation experience - nice to have
- Experience managing a team or having direct reports - nice to have
- Multi cultural work experience - nice to have
