We are looking for an ambitious **Business Development Representative **to join our team As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls and social media referrals. Business Development Representative will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the end-users and community by providing compelling and tailored solutions.

**As a Business Development Representative, you will...**
- Develop and maintain relationships with leads to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Reach out to and qualify leads through outbound calling and social media
- Conduct customer surveys and develop sales strategies
- Prepare commercial and proposal documents
- Provide prompt and professional responses to all prospective customers
- Promote the company's products and services

**Here’s what you need**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of related work experience in sales or marketing preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with CRM software (ex. Salesforce, Hubspot, Nutshell, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to display a consistent, professional degree of communication, particularly with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with mínimal supervision
- Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
