Kaydu está buscando un **Sales Development Representative **para unirse a nuestro equipo en rápido crecimiento, con un enfoque especial en ventas en campo. En este rol clave, serás responsable de identificar y calificar oportunidades de venta tanto en entornos tradicionales como en campo para nuestros equipos de ventas y marketing. Serás la primera línea de contacto con nuestros clientes potenciales, lo que requerirá habilidades excepcionales de comunicación, pensamiento estratégico y persuasión para llevar a cabo el proceso de **venta en **situaciones de **campo**.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Identificar clientes potenciales tanto a través de la investigación de empresas como en entornos de campo, utilizando herramientas de ventas y marketing.
- Realizar llamadas, visitas en campo y correos electrónicos a clientes potenciales para evaluar su interés y necesidades en un entorno fuera de la oficina.
- Aplicar técnicas probadas de conversión de **cold contacts** para generar interés y calificar prospectos en entornos de campo.
- Gestionar el flujo de trabajo de ventas, aplicando procesos de calificación de clientes potenciales para asegurar que los prospectos adecuados sean entregados al equipo de ventas.
- Documentar meticulosamente el proceso de ventas y las interacciones en un **CRM** o sistema designado para un seguimiento eficiente.
- Proporcionar educación y soporte continuo a nuestros clientes acerca de la plataforma Kaydu y las soluciones de tecnología, marketing y ventas, incluso en situaciones de campo.
- Ofrecer retroalimentación constante sobre el proceso de venta en campo para mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de nuestras estrategias.

**Requisitos**:

- **Experiência** comprobable de +2 años en ventas o generación de leads en entornos de campo, preferiblemente en **empresas SaaS o de tecnología.**:

- Destacadas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en español e inglés.
- Experiência probada en la identificación, calificación y conversión de oportunidades de venta en situaciones de televenta y en campo.
- Capacidad para comprender los procesos de ventas y marketing en entornos tradicionales y de campo.
- Habilidad en **televentas **y técnicas de persuasión en entornos de contacto frío.
- Experiência en la generación y gestión de una base de contactos propia, aprovechando tus habilidades en entornos de campo.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo, colaborar con otros departamentos y desenvolverse en situaciones cambiantes y desafiantes.
- Conocimiento básico de tecnología, marketing y ventas, adaptado a la dinámica de los entornos de campo.
- Excelente atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas para gestionar eficazmente las interacciones en campo.
- Formación comprobable en áreas comerciales, especialmente en disciplinas como Marketing Digital, Publicidad, Comunicación, Ventas Digitales u otros campos relacionados.
