**The team you will be a part of**:

- The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.

**This role in summary**:
Brindar soporte a las diversas entidades legales del grupo relacionadas con la importación y exportación de mercancías y gestión de aduanas, analizar e implementar métodos que permitan optimizar o disminuir impuestos, maniobras y gastos de aduanas, garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas en el programa IMMEX de acuerdo con los diversos ordenamientos legales y las líneas de acción establecidas por la Dirección de Finanzas, para mitigar la exposición de la compañía ante riesgos económicos derivados de una mala gestión de operaciones y obtener ahorros e incrementar el flujo de efectivo.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
1) Administración de los programas de fomento (IMMEX, PROSEC, ALTEX) y Administración y Gestión de Autorizaciones particulares, (Permisos Plafest, Reglas 8vas, Regla 2da, Empresa Certificada) 2) Auditorias Autoridad MX y US, Despachos externos
3) Administración de Reporte Anual de Operaciones de Comercio Exterior
4) Asegurar el Cumplimiento Legal de las Operaciones de Comercio Exterior del área

5) Formulación Planeación Estratégica del área
6) Asegurar el cumplimiento de los métricos e indicadores del área

7) Administración, desarrollo e implementación de Proyectos Estratégicos dentro y fuera del Área

8) Soporte y asesoría en operaciones de comercio exterior Whirlpool Overseas Manufacturing LUX, -W.Plastics -Wnirlpool Mexico, -Industrias Acros Whirlpool, -Whirlpool Guatemala -Whirlpool Service, -Comercial Acros Whirlpool, Whirlpool Colombia -Whirlpool Internacional -CETEC, CDTI, -Whirlpool Corp. & Maytag Sales inc.
9) Fomentar el GPTW y compañerismo, Reclutamiento, Entrenamiento y Capacitación a Staff del área, Administración de Recursos Humanos del Area
10) Elaboración, desarrollo e implementación de políticas y procedimientos del área y Administración de Presupuestos del área

**Minimum requirements**:
Area de Finanzas Impuestos y Comercio Exterior

Experiência Laboral 3 - 5 años
Experiência con personal a cargo Sí
