As a **Junior Service Representative**, you must have excellent communication skills to support the Marketplace Team with providing a solution across all calls. You will be the first filter for existing customer calls, will process modifications on orders, and escalate complaints through different communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated. We expect integrity and consistent follow up with all customer inquiries. This role will need you to work at least two weekend days a month.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers (consumers, service providers) and peers at all times
- Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage workflow so that every customer is addressed promptly
- Communicate with customers and service providers through various channels
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Meet metrics for your given position
- Any other additional tasks assigned by management
